Heavenly Father, we come to You today with humble hearts, recognizing that we are all sinners in need of Your grace and forgiveness. Help us to confront our own shortcomings and mistakes, and to resist the temptation to make excuses or place blame. Give us the strength to overcome the darkness within ourselves, and to live according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom as we navigate the challenges of this world, and the constant pressure to conform to its sinful ways. Help us to resist the allure of sin, and to seek instead the abundant life that You promise to those who follow You.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unending love and mercy, and for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again to give us eternal life. May we always be mindful of Your presence in our lives, and may we strive every day to live according to Your will. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
