Heavenly Father, on this sacred day of Ascension, we gather before You with hearts filled with awe and reverence. We humbly come before Your throne, acknowledging the significance of this day and the profound meaning it holds for our faith.
We give thanks for the glorious event of Jesus ascending to Your right hand, where He reigns as King of kings and Lord of lords. We praise You for the fulfillment of Your promises and for the hope we have in Christ's victory over sin and death. As we contemplate His ascension, we are reminded of His divine authority and the power He bestows upon us through the Holy Spirit.
Lord Jesus, as You ascended to the heavenly realms, we recognize the significance of Your departure. You left this earthly realm to prepare a place for us, to intercede on our behalf, and to send the Holy Spirit as our comforter and guide. We are grateful for Your continual presence in our lives, even though we cannot physically see You.
